Approaches to Introducing Club Activity Support

We offer extensive management expertise that goes beyond technical guidance to support club activities.

PATTERN 01 School-Driven Model

In exchange for offering free coaching support, a sports school for local children will be set up after school hours using school facilities, creating a win-win scenario for the school, community, and business. This model also helps address challenges in educational settings, such as reducing the burden on teachers. (Implementation example: Minato-ku, Tokyo)

PATTERN 02 Municipality-Driven Model

The local government will create and implement public initiatives, with coaching support fees covered by public institutions such as municipal offices and boards of education.
(Implementation example: Osaka City, Osaka)

PATTERN 03 Municipality-and-Beneficiary Collaboration Model

Coaching support fees will be covered by the local government’s project budget and the individual budgets of each school or club.

PATTERN 04 CSR & Individual Donations

Coaching support fees will be covered by donations from businesses, organizations, and individuals who support our mission and values.

PATTERN 05 Beneficiary-Paid Model

Coaching support fees will be covered by the parents or guardians of students and children participating in club activities.

01Support Tailored to Diverse Needs

In addition to promoting physical fitness and skill development, club activities should offer opportunities for enjoyable exercise, foster communication across different grade levels, and provide a variety of physical activity options. Since each school and club faces different challenges, we suggest support methods tailored to their specific needs.

02Club Activity Support in Partnership with Private Companies

We act as a coordinator connecting private companies and schools and creating diverse opportunities to leverage sponsorship programs and professional sports organizations.
Additionally, we promote social contribution initiatives through our club activity support efforts.

03Promoting Sports Activities with Local Communities

We collaborate with local sports organizations to offer a variety of sports opportunities alongside school club activities.
Our goal is to create an optimal sports environment for students while also reducing the workload for teachers.
