Declaration of Anti-Social Forces Exclusion

Leifras Co., Ltd. declares its commitment to eliminating antisocial forces based on the following basic policies to fulfill corporate compliance and social responsibility.

1.We declare and confirm that we are not, and will not be, involved with any of the following antisocial forces, now or in the future.

• (1) Organized Crime Groups
• (2) Members of Organized Crime Groups
• (3) Associate Members of Organized Crime Groups
• (4) Companies Affiliated with Organized Crime Groups
• (5) Corporate Extortionists, Groups Conducting Criminal Activities Under the Pretext of Social Campaigns
• (6) Others Equivalent to the Above

2.We declare and confirm that we have no relationship that falls under any of the following categories with any of the anti-social forces or individuals closely associated with them (“Anti-Social Forces, etc.”), as defined in the previous section, now or in the future.

• (1) A relationship where the management is controlled by Anti-Social Forces, etc.
• (2) A relationship where Anti-Social Forces, etc., are substantially involved in the management
• (3) A relationship where Anti-Social Forces, etc., are unfairly used for personal or third-party gain or to cause harm to others
• (4) A relationship where funds or other benefits are provided to Anti-Social Forces, etc.
• (5) Any other relationship where an executive or individual substantially involved in the management has ties to Anti-Social Forces, etc., that should be socially condemned

3.We declare and confirm that neither we nor our executives or employees will engage in any of the following actions, either directly or by using third parties.

• (1)Violent demanding actions
• (2)Unjust demands exceeding legal responsibilities
• (3)Acts of threatening behavior or use of violence in relation to business transactions
• (4)Spreading rumors or using fraudulent means or force to damage the reputation of a business partner or interfere with their operations
• (5)Any other actions equivalent to the above
