Raising Safety Awareness Among Employees

Regular Safety Education Training
for Employees
All of our employees undergo safety training every month.
Additionally, we require annual lifesaving training and instructor testing, conduct training for various safety manuals, and regularly check and provide feedback on operational procedures.
Incorporating the latest insights in risk and crisis management, we continuously update and review our safety manuals.
APPROACH 02
Raising Safe Driving Awareness
with Dash Cameras
Given the frequent use of vehicles in our business operations, we have implemented dash cameras to improve awareness of safe driving among our employees.
We also have safe-driving managers throughout the company to help prevent accidents and violations while driving for work.
APPROACH 03 Enhancing Safety Measures
In addition to first aid kits, all of our instructors carry black bulb heatstroke meters (JIS standard) as a measure to prevent heatstroke, especially as temperatures rise each year.
We have also implemented safety guidelines based on the WBGT index, used by the government and schools, and consult sports safety experts to provide safe activities.
Furthermore, we have nurses attend events, bring AEDs to venues, and perform checks and inspections by safety officers to ensure safe operations.

Safety Management
Safety officers and local managers in each region regularly inspect our schools, identifying issues and providing feedback to create an environment for higher-level safety management.
Crisis Management
In addition to employee training, we inspect potential hazards around our school venues, confirm AED locations, and implement assessments related to heatstroke prevention to ensure a safe environment for children to engage in sports.
Heatstroke and Head Injury Measures
We develop dedicated manuals and conduct specialized training for aspects of sports that require particular attention.
