A social business is defined by three elements:
[Social Impact] Making it the mission of the business to tackle social issues that need to be resolved.
[Business Sustainability] Shaping the above mission into a business and maintaining business operations.
[Innovation] Developing or utilizing new social products and services, as well as the systems to provide them.
Additionally, creating new social value by spreading these activities throughout society.

In terms of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility),
we focus on addressing social issues through
“safety,” “environment,” and “society” initiatives.
For safety, we regularly conduct safety training for employees, aiming to improve safety awareness to protect the lives of both employees and children attending our schools. This training has led to cases where employees, faced with situations requiring emergency action, were able to take appropriate measures and avoid any major issues.
For the environment, we conduct cleaning and maintenance activities at the school grounds, gymnasiums, parks, and sports fields where our school activities take place. These initiatives encourage children to appreciate the environment where they can participate in sports and also raise awareness of the importance of a safe and comfortable living environment.
For society, we focus on the environment for athletes, providing support for their physical and mental well-being, along with activities aimed at increasing social recognition and promoting sports.
We will continue to strive for the development of services that address various social issues.
